Yesterday, fellow Heathen Marc Pehkonen and I shared the honor of piping at the graveside of a true American Hero. U.S. Army Sgt. Aaron Kramer age 22, was shot in Afghanistan September 16th. As family, friends and supporting public gathered to morn the loss of Sgt. Kramer, he was remembered as a true friend, a loving husband, an honorable son and a great leader. Our country and community have suffered a terrible loss with the ending of this great man's life.
